The caster and target engage in an instant contest of Rank vs. Will; if the target fails, he or she is affected by a one word command from the caster. Increasing levels of Effect may increase the number of words in the command.
If the command is totally self-destructive or against the target's nature, the GameMaster should assign free dice to the target. A non-contradictory one would be to make a tired person sleep, a scared person run, or an angry person fight. Increasing spell level can boost range, but the spell is not extendable.
